One Key Step To Identify Who Your Customers Really Are

by Isaac Oswalt on February 18, 2015

Often when we start out with clients, we have to break the mold of "We can sell everybody". While we agree that the world is your oyster, in the connection economy that we live in today, everybody is the same as nobody.

Sitting across the table from you is a buyer and they do NOT want to be referred to as everyone. We as consumers do consider ourselves to be a part of the masses, but we are also individual people with unique needs. In other words, if you eventually want to sell everybody, the path of success is simply selling somebody... over and over and over again.

With that being said, let's start with who that somebody special is, shall we? Here at 21 Handshake, we work with the specific intent to capture the attention, trust, and support of each individual person.

We're not interested in being all things to all people, and neither should you. Our wish for you, your business, and your brand is for it to be meaningful to each "somebody".

How do you start?

Identify who your customers really are.

You can do this one step yourself! A process we go through habitually here at 21 Handshake is now available to YOU online. HubSpot has created a wonderful tool to identify your buyer personas called MakeMyPersona.

Try it out! Play around with it!

Most of all, create a better relationship with the people that find you meaningful!
